What areas do you cover?
I cover Christchurch and surrounding areas such as Highcliffe and Southbourne. Although, please get in touch as I may be able to extend to your area.
What security measures do you take?
To reduce security risks my vehicle is not marked or sign-written, so it is not obvious you aren't home.
I take data protection very seriously so your personal information is kept totally confidential.
Should I be here for the pick up and drop off?
No, most clients are comfortable with me holding a key to their property. All keys are securely kept and never state your address or contact.​
What if there is an emergency?
I will contact you immediately in the unfortunate event of an emergency, and take your pet to your local or the nearest vet, if veterinary aid is required.​

What is a Pet Sitter?
Pet sitting or pop-in's involve a pet sitter travelling to an owner's property to keep company and care for the family pet. This service is ideal for owners away for long periods of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand things can happen and there will be times when you don't need me to look after your pet. You can cancel at anytime, but I require at least 24hrs notice.
​Are you fully insured?
Yes, I am fully insured and DBS checked.

Will my dog be on a lead?
Dogs can be walked off the lead if this is your preference, however your dog must have good recall. This will be discussed in our initial meeting.
